You have at least 2-3 years of experience in webs, front-end, database and Wordpress developing. Your primary role is to take the design from our design team and give them life through your development skills. Your secondary role is to maintain and upkeep all Align's clients on our servers. A qualified candidate must be motivate, able to research and solve problems, detailed in replicating designs, organized and able to communicate well their progress, ability and time of completion of their project.  

You'll be responsible for:

• Creating websites from our design team
• Managing clients website through our severs

Your skills and experience:

• Good communication skills in English (speaking and writing).
• At least 1-2 years of professional development experience.
• Highly skilled in Wordpress
• Ability to create Wordpress plugins
• Excellent Javascript, CSS, HTML, PHP, MySQL
• Ability to manage server (backup, cron, website uptime)
• Understand in Figma
• Strong time management skills
• An insane attention to detail, delivering extremely polished, client-ready work
• Ability to learn new UX concepts/techniques when needed
• Capable of working under pressure, multi-tasking, and managing time and projects effectively
• Be able to research and solve problems effectively
• Able to communicate timeline and ability effectively
• Ability to handle tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Good to have:

• Knowledge of design software: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc
• Lottie and SVG animation
• Design principles: Color theory, typography, layouts, spacing

• Website technical and on page SEO

You will be the key person for imagining and designing simple yet efficient interfaces. You will also direct the design and artwork for Align’s clients. Your secondary role will also be the studio manager. You will be working in a comfortable and casual environment with a team of talented and motivated colleagues. You will focus on producing high-end catalog, websites and web applications that are both functional and great looking, and that deliver premium business results for Align.

You'll be responsible for:

• Create template to design based on Align client brand guideline
• Create versions from print, website, app, photography, videos, events, and marketing
• Imagining creative solutions and concepts
• Manage studios the designers involved in the process
• Guide designers to achieve their best creative work

Your skills and experience:

• Good communication skills in English (speaking and writing).
• At least 2 years of professional design experience.
• Excellent Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign skills
• Excellent in Figma, Adobe XD, and Prototyping software
• Strong creative and conceptual ability
• An insane attention to detail, delivering extremely polished, client-ready work
• Ability to learn new UX concepts/techniques when needed
• Ability to design from templates and follow guidelines
• Respect of industry-accepted standards, specifications and best practices

You have at least 1-2 years of experience in content writing, SEO, and/or social media management. You are highly creative and passionate research, topic writing, creating graphics and generally the user experience. You will be the key person for imagining and writing/creating simple yet efficient written content. You will be working in a comfortable and casual environment with a team of talented and motivated colleagues. You will focus on producing SEO blog posts, website pages content, social media text content, and any other written media content. On small occasions, you will need to create graphics and visual designs to accompany your writing.

You'll be responsible for:

• Create written content for SEO blog posts based on a strategy and topic
• Create website page content. You will be provided with the strategy and work with the design team
• Write and post social media content on a regular basis
• From time to time create graphics to work with your writing

• Ability to research and collect information well
• At least 1-2 years of professional writing experience
• Strong creative and conceptual ability
